Peter MacKay, the Canadian minister of defence and other senior government and naval officials were present at the port city of Halifax today morning, to welcome the Canadian frigate HMCS Charlottetown.
Lt.-Col. Christian Lemay, an official with the Canadian contingent serving with the ISAF said that Canada has decided to continue with its training program in Afghanistan.
